Using YouGrab 2 on Windows Vista or Windows 7? Run as Administrator
This is just a really quick tip.
If you’re having trouble getting our YouGrab 2 YouTube/Vimeo download manager working (ie. you get “error -1″ code), you need to run it in administrator mode – that’s because it needs to create a standard HTTP web link and Windows gets a bit thingy about software doing that.
The fix is simple – just right-click on the YouGrab 2 launch entry/icon and select “Run as Administrator”. After that, it should go like clockwork.
